I had a basement drain that was plugged and backing up water. Bob came out and got it all squared away in no time. Both the office folks and Bob were very nice and helpful. It was a little pricey but well worth it. No complaints.

I was worried they were going to be really expensive. THEY ARE NOT! When I called the Wampum, PA office, they were informative and extremely nice. They kept me informed with email and call backs. Matt from Erie, PA was helping them that week and came down from Erie and went beyond the call of duty for service to my situation. There were problems with the water heater I had gotten from a Big Box warehouse and Matt went there and helped me with the issues. I cannot say enough about the service this company provides. I need some other service in a few months and they are who I am calling. I am going to spread the word. It's like having a trusted family member help you in time of need. 1000 % satisfied. The office workers on the phone were professional and attentive. The scheduling was easy. I wasn't pressured to buy their service the day of the estimate. The work to replace the pipe from the grinder pump to the sewer meant tearing up my breezeway. The worker needed to be in and out of my house frequently and was careful to not leave dirt and minimized the disruption. The replacement of the concrete on my breezeway was perfect and the grinder pump system works like a dream now. Very happy with the company, the work and the employee that came out.
Bob came out and helped me with a floor drain. I told him what I did since I have some experience and he was very respectful and helpful. there was no pressure to upsell or make things overly complicated. I would recommend them to family.
